Causes of cans swelling

If the contents of the easy-open-top cans are corrupted due to lax sterilization, it is not that gas enters the cans from the outside to cause secondary pollution, but the effect of anaerobic bacteria. The gas generated after decomposing the contents of the cans will cause the cans to expand.
When the easy-open lid can is relatively small, the total number of microorganisms is also small, and the amount of gas produced is not strong enough to be stronger than the atmospheric pressure. However, if the number of microorganisms in the tank is large enough, it is not ruled out that the pressure of the spoilage gas produced is too large, which may cause the tank to expand.
